A bustling maritime city with a rich history, Halifax is well-loved by tourists and locals alike. Halifax is known for its lively and modern harbor, fresh seafood offerings, rich maritime history, iconic historic sites, and appealing entertainment. From its Citadel Hill to Titanic exhibits to its locally-brewed beer and dining options, Halifax has something for everyone. The Prince George — Downtown Luxury
Offering gracious accommodations, sophistication, and style in the heart of downtown Halifax, the Prince George is a Four Diamond, Fodors-recommended hotel with just
150 guest rooms. The Prince George is popular among travelers for its central location, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and dining. Guest rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and quality linens. The onsite restaurants are award-winning, presenting an urban aesthetic with the local flavors of Halifax. The Links at Brunello/Chester Golf Club
The Links at Brunello is Halifax’s newest course and was designed by Canadian legend Thomas McBroom. Though less than a half hour from Halifax, the course enjoys a peaceful and secluded feeling. There is a strong visual appeal, with the light green colored bentgrass tees, fairways, and greens delivering a nice contrast to the dark green bluegrass rough, white sand bunkers, and earth-toned stones.Operating since 1914, the Chester Golf Club is uniquely situated on the southwest shore of Chandlers Cove, boasting wonderful ocean views and a panoramic view of the Chester Harbour and surrounding Islands. Each hole is different from the hole before, making this par 70 a difficult challenge to golfers of all skill levels.
