Located on the coast of the scenic Penobscot Bay, just south of Camden, and dating back to 1889, the Samoset Resort is where legacy and luxury meet. The spacious accommodations are appointed with robes, iPod docking stations, flat-screen TVs, Keurig coffee makers and mahogany furnishings. All SGA guest rooms have two queen beds and ocean view patio or balcony. The high level of customer service and picturesque surroundings make Samoset a very special destination.

The Samoset Golf Course features seven oceanside holes, 14 holes with spectacular views of the Atlantic, and one of the most challenging finishing holes in New England. On the signature par-five #4, a granite seawall is all that separates the golfer from the Atlantic Ocean. Designed by Robert Elder in 1902, Samoset Resort course celebrated its centennial year in 2002.

Just a few minutes from Samoset is Camden, a beautiful seaport town with a harbor full of sail boats, Camden has been used as the setting for so many movies, from Carousel to Peyton Place, that it is what many people think of when they think of New England. SGA FoGs and golfers alike will enjoy sightseeing and shopping in Camden.

Costs include four nights lodging in luxury accommodations with two queen beds and oceanview patio or balcony, occupancy tax, resort fee, three rounds of golf with cart, club storage, range balls, two group dinners with cocktails before, four full breakfasts, taxes, entry fee & prizes.
